Security Considerations for Power Converters

In this presentation, Dr. Gerdes discussed the state-of-the-art in attacks against power converters and countermeasures for their defense. Attacks and defenses at the physical layer targeting both actuators and sensors were discussed, as well as game-theoretic and model-based approaches for evaluating the efficacy of countermeasures.
