Biography
Cassidy is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Public Policy and Leadership at UNLV. Her research areas include community resiliency and equity strategies in relation to environmental crises. She has experience as a senior communications specialist for government agencies at the local and state level, specifically in land use and transportation departments, and leading community integration strategies. She received her M.A in strategic communications from UNR and B.A. in journalism from UNLV.
