Biography
Feiyang (Jackman) Lin (S’14) received his B.E. (Hons.) and PhD degrees from The University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand, in 2012 and2017, respectively. He is currently a research fellow at the same institute working on the design of wireless power systems for stationary electric vehicle charging applications. His main focus is on the design of suitable magnetics to transfer power while meeting safety requirements, the power electronics necessary to drive them, and the digital control systems required to ensure safe power delivery. Jackman is currently Chair of the IEEE North Power Electronics Society.
