Welcome to ASPIRE’s 2025 Annual Meeting
November 3–5, 2025
Utah State University
This year’s Annual Meeting brings together our expansive network of students, staff, researchers, industry leaders, and partners to celebrate the progress we’ve made and chart the path forward.
- Showcasing technologies, ASPIRE talents, and projects’ achievements.
- Getting a first-hand look at some of the only electrified freight tech in the state.
- Generating lots of interaction with our Industry & Innovation members during the four mini-workshop sessions.
- Introducing our new “Innovation Challenge” (more below).

Conference attire is business casual. The weather forecast at the moment is clear with highs in the low 60s and lows in the mid 40s. The evening can be quite chilly.
