  • Generating lots of interaction with our Industry & Innovation members during the four mini-workshop sessions.

Poster Session

Showcase your research in the annual meeting poster session! Dates to remember for this are:

  • September 5: Provide your project name, task #, title of poster, and authors in appropriate order on the submittal form.
  • October 3: Submit your final poster in PDF form here.

FIRST-EVER INNOVATION CHALLENGE (November 2-3)

To kick-off the annual meeting, ASPIRE is launching its inaugural Innovation Challenge — a Hackathon event designed to foster connections, spur innovative solutions, and engage with industry leaders for a chance to further develop and pitch winning ideas at Innovation & Industry Day!

The event will conclude with the ASPIRE & Partners Social, where the finalists will be announced.

Solution-Driven Workshops

Join us for exciting discussions and “The Next Mile Workshops” — solution-driven conversations framing ASPIRE’s efforts and next steps through business canvas methodology.

Technology Showcase & Poster Session

Join us at the EVR from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to see the latest advancements and connect with the innovators behind them.

NSF Presentations (Wednesday, November 5)

All NSF presentations will be held in the EVR with the following attendees: Center, Campus, & Research, EWD, and Innovation Directors; Project Leads; SLC; Staff; Deans’ Council. Refer to the full agenda for details.

If you are not presenting to the NSF or aren’t listed above, you are free to leave after the technology showcase on Tuesday evening.
